Angie Russi lives and works in North Central Victoria. Her studio is nestled in the garden of her home in the main street of Rushworth; a small historic goldmining town on the edge of the Rushworth Heathcote State Forest.
Angie makes a range of bespoke domestic ware from porcelain and high fired stoneware clay, She works in series’ that respond to her environment. Each piece is essentially ‘one off’ handcrafted artwork either made on the wheel then altered with the addition of sculptural elements and hand painted with engobe or glaze. Her works are constantly evolving and refreshing.
